Thame Choral Society, directed by Helen Swift, presents a concert of English Choral Music from Byrd and Purcell to Parry and Rutter, accompanied by organ, brass and percussion, at St Mary's Parish Church, Thame. Interval refreshments are available.

Tickets cost £10 in advance from ThameNews.Net, Jordans Courtyard, 8 Upper High Street, Thame, or £12 at the door.

Thame Choral Society, founded in 1960, is a friendly, non audition, mixed choir of 30 - 40 singers committed to the enjoyment of music and has performed a wide range of choral works from baroque through the classical and romantic composers to modern pieces by Britten, Poulenc and Rutter. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings between 7.30PM and 9.30PM at the Methodist Church in nearby Haddenham and new and former singers are always made welcome.
